Order Processing Time

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support.oldritual@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, building management, or local carrier office. You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within [30 days] of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products, if applicable

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Exchanges
